FINAL MILE LAUNDRY SERVICE

Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026 · These Terms govern use of the FMLS marketplace, client account, ordering, messaging, and payment-facilitation services.

Important marketplace notice: Final Mile Laundry LLC provides the marketplace and transaction infrastructure, similar to how a shopping center provides a place for independent businesses to reach customers. Each Laundry Operator independently provides and is solely responsible for its laundry services. FMLS is not the Laundry Operator and does not employ, supervise, or control the independent businesses listed on the marketplace.

1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Final Mile Laundry LLC, a Nevada limited liability company (“FMLS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you visit finalmilelaundry.com, create or use a client account, place an order as a guest, join a waitlist, communicate through the FMLS network, or otherwise use an FMLS website, application, or related service (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the Platform or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. FMLS is a marketplace and marketing platform

FMLS provides marketing, marketplace, ordering, communication, administrative, and payment-facilitation technology that connects customers with independently owned laundry businesses (“Laundry Operators”).

FMLS is not a Laundry Operator and does not wash, dry, fold, clean, transport, pick up, deliver, inspect, store, or otherwise handle customer property. Laundry services are provided by the independent Laundry Operator selected for an order.

Laundry Operators are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, joint venturers, franchisees, representatives, or partners of FMLS. Except for marketplace standards and Platform requirements, FMLS does not direct or control an Operator’s personnel, facilities, equipment, methods, schedules, service areas, service availability, or performance.

Each Laundry Operator is responsible for its business licenses, insurance, personnel, taxes, equipment, legal compliance, service quality, pickup and delivery performance, and customer-specific service terms.

3. Independent Laundry Operators and responsibility

Each Laundry Operator participates in the FMLS marketplace as an independent business and independent contractor. The Operator—not FMLS—selects and controls the people, vehicles, facilities, equipment, processes, products, schedules, and methods used to perform its services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMLS is not responsible or vicariously liable for an Operator’s or its personnel’s acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, representations, legal violations, service delays, pickup or delivery activity, handling of customer property, employment practices, taxes, insurance, or failure to perform.

An Operator’s marketplace listing, use of FMLS technology, acceptance of an FMLS order, or receipt of funds facilitated by FMLS does not create an employment, agency, partnership, joint-venture, franchise, or fiduciary relationship between FMLS and the Operator. No Operator has authority to bind FMLS or make promises on FMLS’s behalf.

Nothing in these Terms releases FMLS from responsibility for FMLS’s own conduct to the extent that responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

4. Eligibility and client accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to place an order. You may order through a client account or, when offered, as a guest.

You agree to provide accurate contact, address, pickup, delivery, and payment information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of any access link, password, or authentication method. Notify FMLS promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Operator selection and orders

The Platform may display Laundry Operators based on service area, availability, capacity, services, pricing, ratings, or other marketplace information. Search position or display does not constitute an FMLS guarantee or endorsement of any Operator or service outcome.

Your order is a request for service from the selected Laundry Operator. An order may remain subject to Operator acceptance, service-area confirmation, capacity, pickup availability, payment authorization, and review of the items presented for service.

The Operator may decline, reschedule, or modify an order when the order is outside its approved service area, exceeds capacity, includes prohibited or undisclosed items, presents a health or safety risk, or cannot reasonably be completed as requested.

6. Services, quantities, estimates, and Operator terms

Marketplace prices and totals may be estimates. Final service charges may depend on processed weight, actual item count, selected add-ons, special handling, taxes, or other disclosed order details.

Each Operator may publish additional terms covering its services, minimums, turnaround times, pickup requirements, rescheduling, prohibited items, garment-care practices, lost-or-damaged item claims, and other operational matters (“Operator Terms”). You must review the applicable Operator Terms before checkout.

If Operator Terms conflict with these Terms regarding the Operator’s laundry services, the Operator Terms govern the Operator’s service performance. These Terms continue to govern use of the FMLS Platform and FMLS fees.

7. Payments, fees, authorizations, and tips

FMLS facilitates payment for marketplace orders through third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you authorize FMLS and its payment providers to obtain any disclosed payment authorization and charge your selected payment method for the final order amount, FMLS fees, taxes, authorized add-ons, adjustments, and tips.

Your checkout may include:

  • Charges for the Laundry Operator’s services;
  • A separately disclosed FMLS marketplace or order fee;
  • Applicable taxes, add-ons, adjustments, or authorized gratuity; and
  • A payment authorization before pickup, with capture or adjustment after service as disclosed during checkout.

Tips are intended for the Laundry Operator. FMLS does not retain any portion of a customer tip except as required to process or reverse a transaction.

You agree not to initiate an improper payment reversal or chargeback. Contact FMLS first when you believe a charge is incorrect so the order record can be reviewed.

8. Cancellations, refunds, and service concerns

Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility depend on the order’s status, the selected Operator’s published terms, costs already incurred, and applicable law. Fees and policies presented at checkout form part of your order.

FMLS may help document and relay a service concern, payment question, or refund request. The Operator remains responsible for resolving issues arising from the laundry services it performed. FMLS may issue or facilitate credits, refunds, adjustments, or other accommodations when authorized by the Operator, required by law, or determined appropriate under an FMLS marketplace policy.

9. Pickup, delivery, and customer property

You are responsible for providing a safe, accurate, and accessible pickup and delivery location and for following the Operator’s labeling, packaging, access, and handoff instructions. Do not submit hazardous, illegal, contaminated, infested, biohazardous, or otherwise prohibited items.

Remove money, jewelry, documents, electronics, medications, keys, and other valuables before pickup. FMLS is not responsible for customer property in the custody or control of a Laundry Operator.

10. FMLS messaging and communications

Order-related messages may be created, stored, and relayed through the FMLS network so the customer, Operator, and FMLS can remain informed about an order. FMLS may review order messages for customer support, safety, fraud prevention, quality, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

You consent to receive transactional emails, texts, or notifications concerning account access, orders, pickup or delivery, messages, payments, and support. Marketing communications are subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

11. Reviews and marketplace content

If you submit a rating, review, photo, message, or other content, you represent that it is accurate, lawful, based on your genuine experience, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant FMLS a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and use that content to operate and market the Platform.

FMLS may remove fraudulent, abusive, irrelevant, unlawful, or policy-violating content.

12. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Platform, interfere with its operation, access another user’s account, scrape or copy marketplace data without permission, submit fraudulent orders, circumvent payment, harass an Operator or customer, upload malicious code, or use the Platform for illegal activity.

FMLS may suspend or terminate access, cancel affected transactions, preserve records, or cooperate with lawful investigations when misuse is suspected.

13. Platform availability and third-party services

The Platform may depend on payment processors, communications providers, hosting services, maps, analytics, and other third-party systems. FMLS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

14. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FMLS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FMLS DOES NOT WARRANT OR GUARANTEE AN OPERATOR’S AVAILABILITY, LICENSING, INSURANCE, SERVICE QUALITY, TURNAROUND TIME, PICKUP OR DELIVERY PERFORMANCE, GARMENT-CARE RESULT, OR RESOLUTION OF A SERVICE CLAIM. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES A WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

15. Limitation of FMLS liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FMLS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS OR DATA; OR LOSS, DAMAGE, DELAY, CONTAMINATION, SHRINKAGE, COLOR CHANGE, OR OTHER HARM TO PROPERTY HANDLED BY A LAUNDRY OPERATOR.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FMLS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR AN INDEPENDENT LAUNDRY OPERATOR’S OR ITS OWNERS’, EMPLOYEES’, CONTRACTORS’, AGENTS’, OR DRIVERS’ ACTS, OMISSIONS, NEGLIGENCE, MISCONDUCT, REPRESENTATIONS, INJURIES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, SERVICE FAILURES, OR VIOLATIONS OF LAW. THE OPERATOR IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SERVICES IT ACCEPTS AND PERFORMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FMLS’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR ORDER OR EVENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE FMLS FEES PAID BY YOU FOR THAT ORDER OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THIS LIMIT DOES NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FMLS and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Platform, unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by FMLS’s own unlawful conduct.

17. Nevada law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or the mandatory law of your state applies.

Before filing a lawsuit, you and FMLS agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through written notice and informal discussion for at least 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved, any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Nevada, unless applicable law requires another forum.

18. Changes, suspension, and termination

FMLS may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, law, or business practices. The updated Terms will state a new effective date and will be posted on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the Platform or by email.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. FMLS may restrict or terminate access when necessary to protect customers, Operators, FMLS, or the integrity of the Platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

19. General terms and contact

If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without FMLS’s written consent; FMLS may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the Platform.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to [email protected].
